Blogs are typically informal. However, they can be a useful tool in the professional setting to enable open discussion and sharing of ideas. This blog site is always to be used in a professional manner. All posts must be grammatically correct and organized much the way a memo or an essay is organized. You must add your name to all posts and stay on the topic for that particular thread of discussion.
